You must not have started your hub from Princessa's link, because your hub is not in the HubMob RSS, and therefore is not a HubMob hub. BUT...

As far as I can tell, your hub meets criteria for the contest.  Ask on this thread to be sure:

Only one today ... tried to use the map module to map all kinds of interesting walks, but it doesn't work off grid (coastal areas, walking routes, across country).

So, with 3 wasted hours, I decided the only thing to do was to do one plot on the map, and do a circular walk smile

Here's a circular walk round a Cornish headland, to see Godrevy Lighthouse.

susie, I think you and others are confusing HubMob and HubPages Marks the Spot CONTEST.  While your hub seems to meet criteria for the contest, you are not part of the Hubmob.

Although you included the HubMob graphic, you did not start your hub from Princessa's link.  Therefore you are not in the HubMob RSS, and are therefore not part of the HubMob.  You're also missing an RSS capsule with the HubMOb RSS feed.

Try these hubs for more help:

Indeed, you are a regular HubMobster, and have completed the requirements for HubMob.

As for the contest, I see the hmtswk3 tag and a map capsule.  Your topic seems appropriate.  To be sure you have satisfied all contest requirements however, you should post on the contest thread and let Simone Smith answer that for you.

Between 1880 and 1940, an artists colony grew up around Newly, Penzance and St Ives in Cornwall, England.

Known as the Newlyn School, this art is highly sought after at auction.

The Penlee House Gallery is the only gallery dedicated to the work of the many artists that were part of the colony between the years 1880-1940.  And - it's free on Saturdays to everybody and free to Under 18s all the time, so a "must visit" gallery if you're in the area.
