   How do we know when a fellow hubber is dead? How do we reach out to them? How do we send our condolence to their loved ones and how do we keep them remembered for being one of us at least?

                Hot, sunny and depressing. Unemployment rising - real figures - about 20% - not good. An influx of Romanians causing trouble - not that I blame them - they have been screwed.

                            The French have been rounding them up and sending them back on buses. Not that the newspapers will report it. A big ghetto in Paris was bull-dozed and the occupants were returned home recently. Barely covered by the media.

                               Not so much of a problem here - the Romanians here are generally honest and hardworking, and do the jobs that nobody else wants to. There is a bus direct to Romania from Sparta, so I suspect that a few of them have gone home.

    3. Call 911
    4. Note bluish colour or pallor
    5. Verify non-response to stimulus and onset of rigor mortis.
    6. Contact authorities to certify legality of death.

    Whoa. This is sounding a bit trippy and existential.
    If a hubber died on Hub Pages and nobody noticed...
    would s/he really be dead?
    Or maybe just having writer's block?
    But seriously, it's a good point.
    Everyone should update their last wills and testaments to make sure their family or estate exector will post on HP.
    Maybe we can even get Ryan, Maddie and the gang to come up with a special recognition like they have for other milestones like publishing 10 hubs, getting 500 fans, being on HP for a year.
    Only instead of "congratulations" this one would say, "condolences, SusieQ324 just published her final hub."

    It might be possible to know for the case of Regular and high scoring hubbers.Even if they lose interest then it will be gradual
    decline in posting and publishing hubs, but no one will stop posting  suddenly.For irregular  hubbers we will never know if they are already dead or not.Maybe some of them has already passed away
    and some are on the way of landing in heaven.GOD bless their departed souls.

    I know this thread was meant to be funny, and I've loved reading the responses!  But my first thought upon seeing the title was to think of my dear friend Laurel who died a year ago May.  She was a blogger over on Catster, and on Facebook as well.  One day, she just simply didn't wake up.  Luckily, her best friend knew that she had the phone numbers of a few Catster friends in her address book, so he looked up one of them and told her what had happened.  Not only did most everyone know what had happened within two or three days, but two of her pets were found and given new homes (traveling cross-country) through her network of friends.  I've written a hub about that somewhere.
    
    It would be easy to tell someone now (or two or three people) that you want them to inform HubPages in the event of your death.  Maybe even write it down somewhere.  That way, people who care about you would know.

       As u can see I am Mandybeau 1 the last mandybeau was so terrible, she was exiled to a remote Island, where she has  managed to break thru razor shape barb wire, after swimming accross a croc infested river sliding for days over treacherous terrain, walking walkin swimming running, until she got to the first Internet Cafe, where she fed her face on fast food signed up under mandybeau 1 and got the whole Comedy Act on the Road again.
