What do Trump protesters think they'll gain now - the election is over and Trump won?
Post-election riots, violence, and demonstrations are occurring in Liberal cities across the nation. Illegal immigrants waving Mexican flags are demanding unearned American rights. The media is ginning up stories by the minute attempting to create a false panic. What do these people think will happen? A re-vote in which Hillary wins?
To fully understand the mentally of these protesters, you need to delve deeply into sociology and the field psychiatry including Psychopathy. A root cause of leftism is narcissism. Narcissism is an excessive self love that causes those who have it to look down on others. We also see this syndrome present with psychopathy.
Now you have to understand that many leftists tend to deeply identify and deify their leaders. The defeat of Hillary no doubt threatened their already fragile ego's. For a praise and power hungry leftist, Hillary's defeat must have been seen as a personal rejection.
For the narcissistic, the impatient, the bored, the infantile, the leftist religion adherents and the hostile, protesting and riots provide cover for anger, hatred, bigotry and antisocial behavior.
You'll notice that their causes are usually hypocritical, deny reality, and often imbecilic. This points to the behavior of narcissists, excessive egoism and a sub-clinical form of psychopathy. Most leftist use oversimplified slogans and have little interest in whether their policies work. This denial of reality is seen in many religions and cults, the left indulges with religious fervor to achieve a egalitarian utopia.
I don’t think you’ve been delving as deeply into the field of psychiatry as you think you have, sport.
Aime- I'd have to write a multi page article to fully cover the subject but there are many other reasons for people becoming leftists or voting for them, that aren't as pernicious. I did mention impatience and boredom to being factors. Family, regional, occupational background also play a major role in political preferences. Academia is the strongest area of leftist control, many young people are influenced, life experience usually makes one more conservative.
My wife and I come from solid Republican families and have become less conservative over a long life rather than more so.
When you meet someone so disabled they can't even walk or talk, you realize not all poor people are lazy bums.
When you meet a gang rape victim so traumatized that she can't come out of her room, much less get a job, you learn the need for welfare and social services.
When you are personally close to a gun massacre, you understand the 2nd Amendment doesn't mean everyone should get an AK-47.
How strange that you didn’t start with that and instead went directly to psychopathy (which seems to be one of the most overused labels flying around these forums lately).
What kind of life experience do you figure makes people more conservative?
What they THINK they will gain is Trump's removal removal from office.
However, protesting without using AT LEAST the PREAMBLE of the Constitution does nothing. If the entire constitution was used, according to Amendment 10, by the protestors they would write up a petition and submit it to the appropriate department for correcting.
With that said...
Every department head, all of congress, all Supreme Court Justices, many intelligence, investing and national security personnel would all be dismissed from their jobs with the first four being impeached and never to serve in any position in government again because of 9/11/2011. Being that 9/11 was Treason and that law reads "Treason against the United States consist only in levying War against them [the United States], or in adhering to their enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort." By that reading anyone who knew 9/11 was in the works - which would include Congress, Bush and cabinet, Supreme Court Justices and many in the FBI and CIA, are guilty of treason.
Therefore, I expect Trump's Impeachment for pardoning Obama who pardoned Bush.
"By that reading anyone who knew 9/11 was in the works - which would include Congress, Bush and cabinet, Supreme Court Justices and many in the FBI and CIA, are guilty of treason. "
LOL You're going to have a really tough time proving "beyond a reasonable doubt" that ANY of those people knew that planes were going to fly into the towers, who was to fly them, what flight they were on or any other details of the operation.
Yes some actually believe they can still get Hillary in as President. Some may be getting paid to protest. Some are afraid they will lose their free cell phones and have to pay back their student loans. Many were counting on instant amnesty and now that won't happen. And some just like to protest and destroy property for the fun of it. This will never make sense to anyone with a logical mind.
This reminds one of the Occupy Movement. Really WHAT GOOD was that, hmmm? They are insanely infantile. They are acting at the ID level. Accept the fact that Trump is president. Much better than Hillary. I really DIDN'T want Hillary to win!!!
I think the reason behind a lot of this is there is no respect for authority in general.. Most police shooting was because the person was resisting arrest. They are our defenders, they need respect and that would change everything.Just pull the weeds
There is some good that will come out of these tragic events of police being attacked, ambushed, killed, of riots in the streets and the destruction... it will garner Trump more support than ever, giving him and the Republicans support to make change
This is a very ignorant comment. People like you are the reason we are at this point with your judgemental comments. You try to hide behind what you think is a vague comment when in reality you show your true self. We don't need a bigot in office.
That's unlike you Mike, you sound like one those alt-Right types that use pure hyperbole and misrepresentation of the facts to make your point. Nothing you wrote is actually true, unless you were being sarcastic and ironic.
My Esoteric, this is a perfect example of why people are protesting. Trump's bigotry is bringing out the worst in people in this country. This was just a really mean comment on HubPages, but there are people acting out to an extreme.
If they want to change law I can see but you cant come in change it after the fact! Who would even think to try such a thing but bunch of trouble makers? If things get bad enough Obama is in hopes he can do martial law but they r onto him!
Nothing. They're just wasting their time and doing what they do best: pissing everyone else off.
The "free cellphone" was used as an example of things so many now feel "entitled" to. I should have used the all encompassing word "entitlements" and it would have made more sense.
I understand what it's in reference to but I think assuming that people are outraged over "entitlements" is dismissing the deep fear and discomfort that people are experiencing. You are assuming the worst of people.
Immature,, entitled brats if you ask me. The time spent protesting could be used to improve themselves educationally & socioeconomically. Such asinine fools!!!! Trump won, GET USED TO IT!
Everybody thought the angry white working class was wasting their time ... didn't they Lolita.
The ignorance some people have about those of us who are protesting this BS is amazing. Judgmental hipocrites, some of whom threatened to bring out GUNS if Hillary won. I realize ignorance & hate won this campaign - neat that we get to continue i
please enlighten us to why people are out protesting then - its not going to change anything and is driving more people to the right (especially business owners who are losing sales because of the riots)
This is the symptomology of being sore losers. They WANTED Hillary as president, not Trump. They are totally unhinged to the point of insanity at the fact that Trump has won. They believed in the negative hyperbole propagated by the media about Trump. They wanted to continue America as is. They are fearful of what Trump will bring to the American table.
Yes, they are losers in more ways than one. They are also immature. Trump has the credential to really improve America. He is an unconventional politician who refuse to play the traditional political game. He also asserted that he has the socioeconomic wherewithal to improve America. Leave them to their infantile rants, it won't do them any good. This is analogous to the Occupy Movement years ago. My advice: HOPE ALL OF THEM LEAVE AMERICA, we DON'T WANT the unappreciative spoiled & entitled brats. Whine, whine, whine.............Talk about being delusional. Twilight zone & beyond!!!!
I hope that at the very least you would have had a neat-o meme to throw at conservatives if they protested after a Hillary win (which many called for, with guns no less).
No, you are wrong, for the most part. It certainly is frustration, but it is also the beginning of letting the majority who supported Hillary continue to have a voice.
Grace, we are often on the same side of things. This is enlightening. I would have thought 'other libs' would understand; but no, they REALLY think its cool this election was shoved down our throats by angry hoards of haters & transformed into 1
Tell me, how is it possible that Clinton gets more votes but is not the president? Answer: The US is not a true democracy.
Trump and Clinton are both establishment and part of the 1%, they don't give a sh. what you think. Only Trump is a fascist.
You're right Peter, it's not a democracy, it's a republic.
Isn't it amazing how many people truly don't understand how America functions. Trump's election will bring back real education - sweeping common core under the rug. We need our kids to learn facts and skills, not be indoctrinated
Hillary herself said it was the right thing to do to accept whatever resulted, yet where is she to call all this nonsense to a halt? Where is her concern and love for America?
We know from Wikileaks and Project Veritas the Democrats had a number of non-profits acting as fronts specifically to organize protests and riots. They hired people who looked as sympathetic as possible to create violence at Trump rallies to then blame on conservatives ( old woman with an oxygen tank comes to mind.)
You have new protests in NYC, LA, Chicago, NOLA and other Democrat strongholds ... all organized by MoveOn and other liberal groups. This is yet another organized liberal violent protest.
Not all the liberal bullying is organized by the left's elite. I'll agree that the group of blacks that pulled a white guy out of a truck and beat him are volunteers, the girl beat up at her high school for supporting Trump by a Mexican (who said her support for Trump meant she was racist, giving the Mexican a right to beat her in self defense) and other such cases are grass roots racist, fascist violence by the left.
But all the mob violence beyond a small group of friends IS organized by the same ones who proudly attacked Trump supporters in mass in San Jose as the police chief told officers to stand down and shut down a Trump rally in Chicago. These are the same people who organize at college events to block hallways or attack conservative audience members, all while saying that they are the victims if anyone tries to push through or defend themselves.
These liberal cry bullies are crying for a police crack down, and every highway blockage, every mass attack on whites for being white and presumed conservative, every "die whites die" graffiti as seen in NOLA will be seen by more of the public as justification to do so.
At the same time, many Trump supporters are also violently targeting non-Trump supporters, and minorities have been the targets of attacks for decades now. Don't try to make it one sided.
don't try to hijack the topic - produce your evidence of violence - we're discussing the NOW, not the past
We know from Wikileaks and Project Veritas and many other sources the Republicans had a number of non-profits acting as fronts specifically to organize protests and riots.
Three would be the KKK, White Aryan Resistance, etc..
RJ, I'm not sure if you were commenting on my response, but I am referring to NOW. If HubPages would allow us to do video responses, I would put up news reports that actually show Trump supporters being violent to non-Trump supporters. Look it up.
You could write a hub and include as much video as you want - I'm sure we'd all like to see what you can put together
Some of them are concerned citizens making an orderly protest (See NY)
Some of them are illegal aliens, ignorant Americans (See CA)
Some of them are hard core progressives/socialists, etc. that want to see revolution, blood spilt, cops murdered, etc.
But anything, ANYTHING other than the acceptance of our democratic system and newly elected President is essentially instigating or inferring the want of a illegal, violent coup.
Those who plan on acting upon any plan for revolution or coup, should be treated just like any other violent terrorist would be. Just like any enemy to the nation, foreign or domestic, deserves to be.
Soon as some real story breaks, CNN and the rest move on. No news coverage and these stop on their own.
Wrong Ken. You can accept the unfortunate outcome of electing a bully as president but still voice your concern that he will destroy the country, one I share. The Right never gave Obama a days chance before trying to destroy him.
"hard core progressives/socialists, etc. that want to see revolution, blood spilt, cops murdered, etc." You're so out of touch with the opposing side, its ridiculous, Ken. These people are protesting AGAINST things Trump stands for that U just listed
Well said Ken,it's no secret people behind these protests are only interested in creating anarchy & dissent, all the rest are dupes, they can;t change a thing & are being used by operatives to sow discontent.HP supporters of it r dupes too.
If Trump had been a real politician - he would have joined in the recount efforts to ensure the results were clear for the country & unity - instead of crying, since he supposedly has nothing to worry about. Enjoying the Team Trump Squirm.
Remember when Hillary lambasted Trump because he mentioned he might not accept the results ?
That's nothing.Reince Priebus told“Fox News Sunday”that Clinton’s team“cut a deal"with Trump’s team specifying once theAPcalled the race in favor of1candidate,the other would call within15minutes to concede which IS what happened.HC RENIGS
We watched Don's clumsy reverse psychology about "drug tests" and "rigged elections". His obvious coke sniffing triggered the "drug test" challenge scam and possibly (really) rigged results triggered the other. O what a tangled web he weaves.
Don't you feel a little foolish with such an outlandish and unproven claim about our President?
I don't see why all these riots are happening either. Obviously people are upset about the election, but what's done is done. Protesting and riots are not going to change anything. Everyone needs to accept what happened, happened and move on and make the best of it.
They just need to suffer through the next 4 years, maybe 8, just like we did with Obama.
This man is a bigot. His wife, the first lady, is a porn star. These are not the people who should be representing our country. Also, Obama was degraded the entire time he was in office. People didn't just "accept" him and let it go.
Say what you want about Trump because he deserves it for saying/doing what he does, but why drag Melania into it? Who cares if she posed nude? She wasn't running, she's along for the ride. What she chose to do w/her body doesn't need to be shamed.
It is the character of the man who won. YOU just elected one of the most vile men in politics today. He has spent 55 years of being an overall Terrible person exhibiting all of the Deplorable issues for the whole time. He will not change now.
Aime, you are correct and I am not shaming her. But let's be honest, people (white people) said worse things about Michelle because she wore her arms out. There is always this double standard (cont.)
I agree that it's a double standard but I don't think that means we need to perpetuate the stigma that how much of her body a woman chooses to show affects her qualifications to do anything else.
Danielle - its too bad you can't get past the color wall which you use to judge everyone by - people don't like Michelle Obama because she said she didn't love America and she wasted so many tax dollars jetting around the world on vacation
I think it says a lot about how our country is in the worse place ever. Never have people acted like that when a president they didn't get what they wanted. It tells me our country needs some respect. It makes me glad that if those are Hillary voters that she didn't win.Never before have people acted like that after a president election. All the ones who said they would leave should leave.
They are acting like this because we elected a bigot to office, not because Hilary lost. Half of us didn't necessarily want to vote for Hillary, but she was the least worst choice.
Liberals rioting is becoming normal. The useless BLM riots should have shown these people that it's an unsuccessful tactic because it's no longer shocking. They'll see when the news stops the coverage
Few of you are old enough to remember when America was properly known as the Ugly Americans, but I am. I suspect you are about to see that for yourself for the first time and me for the second time. BTW, HRC WON popular vote; why?
Things are not so simple as to label protestors disrespectful, unpatriotic tantrum throwers. Do some research. Take some interest. Figure out what's wrong instead of this continual judging that only p*sses us OFF, more.
Some of the protestors are probably professionals. They protest anything just to get the attention and cause trouble. Many get paid to protest. Many of the protestors in Portland and other cities are not even from that area.
Most of the protesters arrested in Portland didn't even vote.....professional trouble makers who are following orders.
This election like the last few should be a lesson to America to take the primary elections way more seriously. We need to demand better candidates if we don't like what we are getting. Out of 300 million people in the country we come up with those
America didn't take the primaries seriously?Really?
ME U can’t argue that she’s the‘real’winner of a game that neither candidate was playing. http://www.nationalreview.com/article/4 … eaningless
Hillary won by 2m of the popular vote; while Trump won the electorial vote by talking trash & hate to people who were easily impressed by it - MOST people didn't vote, they each got a little over 20% of the entire country: which is how Trump won.
Ok, everyone has their opinion about this but this is one I haven't heard yet. Watch this and tell us what you think. I think this guy has it right.
Why Trump Protesters Are Freaking Out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IS9fIT4 … e=youtu.be
Then there are people like this:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jWw41piEnSo&feature=youtu.be Blacks vote for Obama&Clinton despite southern democrats founded the KKK &all the statistics for blacks have never been worse than under Obama.
Ralph & DTMB....Watch this & then I suggest you delete it. Good to know but not good to share here. Too many babies w/ sensitive psyches.
Shows how much you know, TAZE. Yesterday's Southern Democrats you mention are Today's social conservative far-Right. While the Party may change, the core beliefs of racism, etc don't.
Nice video, Paula. I think the man was mad at the outcome and he expressed it. I'm quite confused though on whether he believed we weren't nasty enough, or we were too nasty. Which one buddy? Sensitive Psyches? Lol That's funny! Try again!
I got halfway through. ANY opinion that is so 1-sided to INSIST that current protestors R bad patriots is in denial. CONCERNED for our country, yes. Protests won't go away until Trump & his supporters figure out how to bridge the divide he STOKED
You are right about things being worse for the blacks but they will never admit it. Some people get and idea and they will die before the change their mind.
ME, thanks for the view from the looney left, Just look at the list of Democrat politicians in the KKK https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ku_Klux_K … _some_time
Funny how an organization like the KKK, which is nearly defunct, seems to be so important to the Liberals and they use the false notion that it's a Republican organization to escape from their past of extreme racism....
Not funny but expected when their lies are exposed, That's all they know how to do or can do, try to slander their opponent or the messenger of facts hoping that people who don't know better will not listen to the truth.
The answer is simple as dissent is the essence of democracy, but the demonstrator is egged on by the 4th estate which lost face by giving slanted forecasts against Donald.Photos are also presented as if there are thousands when there are just a few hundred. It's all orchestrated and presented in the wild hope that Donald can be thrown off the Oval office. It's a wild dream and bound to fail.
Unfortunately our education system, our news media outlets and the progressive agenda has caused a large number of people to become ignorant of how a Democratic Republic works. The generation we have now have not been taught true American history and most are completely ignorant of how our constitution works and how the government is suppose to work. They have been fed rewritten history and falsehoods that have gone above and beyond to make America seem as if it's a horribly racist awful country that is to blame for all the ills of the world. So it stands to reason these misguided people actually believe they can have a 'do-over' because they don't like the results.
If America is such a terrible country to live in and such a racist country, why are millions of people trying to come live here?
Those who are not legal citizens have NO right to protest our elections or demand rights they are not entitled to because they are not LEGAL citizens. There were a lot of Americans who were not happy when Obama was elected for two terms, but people didn't go out and riot, protest, encourage assassination and violence against his supporters. And we didn't demand a 'do-over'. We didn't like it but we accepted it because that is how a freedom works.
These protesters are in reality protesting having the freedom to vote in a democracy. Which is ridiculous when before the results were in, the were saying it would be damaging to our democracy if anyone didn't accept Hillary as president should she have won. The media is doing nothing but promoting violence and rioting at this point. The situation is how it is because of their biased dishonest reporting.
The 2nd continental congress did not ratify the Articles of Confederation until 1781, and yet operated a government without authority. We are a country founded on protesting without authority or official power to recognize citizenship.
Those who all are protesting and participating in these protest, they need to understand Obama was president for 8 years at that time people are also having objection. But they didn't come on roads for riots , violence and demonstrations. They didn't ask for anything, they just accepted him as there president.
What make you think if re-voting will happen than Hillary win? If you are that much sure now than how Trump wins. Trump has more supporter than you total are. So no point of re-election.
So stop damaging your own property, or at the end of this you will pay for these damage not directly but by taxes. May be government increase taxes to recover its city damage.
So the person who win, all need to support him. Let him run the country he is chosen by us.
Actually, people accepted Obama because he didn't run his campaign based off of hate, like Trump did. People are protesting Trump because he is a bigot. Also, Trump does not have more supporters than Clinton. That's why she won the popular vote.
just go through this "Death of Market Research" you will see how all pole results went wrong. We don't have answer. We are trying to figure it out where we are wrong.
Obama set the stage for divisionary politics throughout his eight years in office and now people are complaining about it. Trump will be a great president and Hillary will be a model convict
I have never met Donald Trump personally. His organizations in New York are run very professionally, and offer outstanding services. Thus if a black person gets lost in the crowd, he/she would probably be treated like a white person.
Danielle, what do you call hate? Like calling half his supporters a basket of deplorables. She didn't win the popular vote either because that was not what either if them ran for. Listen https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V6s7jB6-GoU
By nature liberals are very emotional people who need the support of others. At those protests they are surrounded by like minded people and they feel better. They also want their voice heard and that's about all for the most part. The trouble makers are just losers who wan't nothing more than to bully the police and destroy things. Thugs should be brutalized by the police as much as possible but the rest are just good democrats who feel very passionately about their many causes and way of life.
Very good answer - right now there must be a lot of fear about their "way of life" being altered once the education, homeland security, immigration, and all the public services are all dramatically changed under Trump
Police should just brutalize all protesters. It would stop the protests. Such brutalization has been very effective in nations who cared about their founding inhabitants a lot more than this country.
Since the election, Trump has ignored trying to unify the country - while continuing to intentionally do everything he can to fracture us right up the middle of every single possible dividing line you can think of. Trump voter: "But...emails!!"
Obama is the one keeping things going by not once asking for calm and letting the law stand as he would have wanted it to if he had won...Oh, I mean Hillary...
A hefty paycheck. Majority of them are being paid to protest. George Soros' Move On is paying them. You can find ads on Craigslist. Not bad for walking around and being angry. Doesn't take much skill, just have to show up.
But how long does that paid protestor continue in this state - the protests are ineffective right now, so do they up the level of violence? It shows no path for success any way you look at it.
don't be silly, I guess the same people where being paid to vote for Trump or to vote for Hillary. Nope, if you have money there are better ways to rise a revolution.
After watching this nightly occurrence, and the discovering the irony that most of the protestors did NOT even vote, America is left to decide where we go from here. It's obvious that mayors of Liberal cities and indoctrinators at schools everywhere are in full support of the protest, but for how long? It should be obvious that nothing they do will change things, and if they choose to escalate the protests to a higher degree of violence, it would probably work against them. The sour grapes approach and all the baggage of Hillary Clinton being absolutely demolished in the election must be driving those on the left crazy.
I expect that if it keeps up much longer, we'll see more Democrats move to the center or even right - supporting the "adults" in the room and leaving the snowflakes and special interest groups to their own agenda.
So true. The reason Trump won is all on the Democrats,THEY gave him to us with the lies, the PC rhetoric, labeling anyone who disagrees with their views,a basket of deplorables, they did it to themselves, people r sick of their tactics.
Did you see him berate the press today - called them out like the liars they are
I completely agree with what you are saying. I understand protests and fighting for their rights and voices to be heard but when violence starts to take over the streets that is when I draw the line. I don't care what the color of your skin is, I would be just as disappointed if they were white and acting in the same manner. Trump was elected the President of the United States by the same system that elected Barrack Obama eight years ago. Our society, in particular my generation, needs to grasp the concept that our system is put in place for a reason and the whoever comes out as the champion earned the place to do so.
The short answer is: people are scared. They're scared that Trump has a close adviser in Steve Bannon who runs a web site that's expressed anti-semitism and other racist views. They're scared that Trump will put together a deportation force and round up people. They're scared that Roe v. Wade will be overturned. They're scared that Trump's attitude toward women will translate into increased sexual assaults.
That said, if recent reports are to be believed, many of these protesters didn't vote (this conclusion is based off one report, so I don't want to generalize, but it seems reasonable to extrapolate).
I mean, if you're protesting but you didn't vote and now you're scared, you might want to look up the meaning of irony because no vote was effectively a vote for Trump if you didn't want Trump to win.
Steve Bannon is not antisemitic or racists nor is the news organization he worked for. I have personally read their stories. The reports of him being racist or antisemitic are completely false. False information fuels the fear not facts.
Agreed - this has been debunked - the head of the Jewish coalition has already stood up saying the reports are just smear tactics from the left - still sore about the humiliating loss to Donald Trump
Then you are brainwashed or simply don't understand what it means to be antisemitic and racist because Bannon is both and/or promotes such things. People who read Breitbart support antisemitism and racism. Those are facts.
Breitbart.com: “Bill Kristol: Republican spoiler, renegade Jew,” “Birth control makes women unattractive and crazy,” “Would you rather your child had feminism or cancer?” and “Gay rights have made us dumber, it’s time to get back in the closet.”
Not sure they are protesting to actually gain anything. It could be they hope to show they just do not agree with the election out come. It's a shame that it came to this. I hope we can all just calm down and see what comes of a Trump white house. There will be time to protest and complain if he actually does something to harm us or America. I voted for Trump, and want to give him the chance to do some of what he promised. As I did President Obama, which I did not vote for, and was very disappointed when he won. Could I bad mouth him, Yeah I could, but I won't. I assume he did the best he could. Time to move on...
Very poignant answer - looking at things now that he is in office, it seems he's focused on JOBS, support our allies, enforcing the immigration laws, and did I mention JOBS
I'm not sure that he promised anything for middle class and lower America. 10 months later he's been acting, saying, doing everything in his self-absorbed little boy way. He let us all in on this during his run so if you voted for him, YOU got him.
This is sour grapes by protesters who won't let it go. A lot of these people are woman who had their hearts set on the first female president. The media is still doing everything they can to discredit Trump and will post this stuff as much as possible. They'll fan the flames as much as they can to make him look bad, whether it's fair or not.
I expect feminist uprisings as soon as a new Supreme is seated by Trump. Scared of losing abortion,
"Scared of losing abortion." Well, yeah. I should hope people would fight for keeping safe and legal abortions. Heck, I'll fly down from Canada and stand right beside them if there appears to be a real threat to that.
Some sheeple are following paid protesters working for the elite. The agenda is to bring in martial law and UN control. The sheeple aren’t acting on their own free will as all they know how to do is follow. If there weren’t paid protesters organizing these riots the only protest would be on social media.
I think some people have a problem with democracy. We've had the same problem in the UK with Brexit. If the vote goes the opposite way you want it to, then accept it and get on with it, don't complain. That is what Democracy is CHOICE.
I think it's important to remember that news stories are often reported at surface level. No matter who is behind these movements, be it Craigslist or George Soros, what gets reported is shaped by what sells.
With over 50 million people having voted for Hillary Clinton, news agencies know that they will get good ratings reporting on the riots, no matter how large or fervent they are. I really do think this comes down to the media's agenda.
Pierre Bourdieu noticed this phenomenon back in 1998, so it's not surprising to see it now. However, no matter how common-sense it is today, I would recommend giving his book a read, which I've written a little bit about here: http://hub.me/akN6F
I think the riots will calm down after the media stops covering them as much. Once they become redundant and unprofitable, the media will move on to the next thing that maximizes ad revenue, such as Trump's more recent speeches: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_fDFCcQH2jE
Good point and one I agree with. When there's no media coverage, then there's no riot
This is completely wrong. Media doesn't make money from riots. It loses money. No advertiser says, please put my ad on your riot coverage. Media simply responds to events such as a president-elect who says he knows more about Isis than the generals.
The young men and women especially students want Trump because he is ready to make Americans better in terms of education and healthcare delivery..He promised to relief the students from paying high cost of education in America that is paying their old debt off after 15 years and aside from that he has low risk management and the health care issue is basically need solution.so Trump still looking like a promising guy who want to make Americans to be great .
"What separates the winners from the losers is how a person reacts to each new twist of fate." Donald Trump
To be sincere its over they just have to create peace and let Donald rule and let's hope he does the best
Accept and move on. If you want to become a citizen of this country, then act like one.
Exactly all of this crazy stuff like all the arguments are driving me crazy and I think it should stop.
I really enjoyed the video of girls crying about Hillary losing and someone said "suck it up butter cups".

Look who is protesting the election results. Would the right do the same if Hillary had won?The answer is obviously NO. Now we see who are the real intolerant, the bigots and the deplorables...It is ironic how the left talks about inclusive except when they are doing the chosing...As a spectator of...
