          No actually I just interact with the actual humans that follow me and I gain hundreds a week.  I share interesting things I find on the internet.  I give my opinions on topics and the followers just come.  I use the share button alot..

    I do after search engines giving authority to Tweets. I currently have Twitter for all my websites.
    
    I hope others follow this too, as Search engines going into live search, such as Tweets and results from FaceBook.

    Promoted tweets might be a forn of revenue but I would create a second account to promote your hubs.  You are more likely to get traffic from a twitter account that an actual human controls.
    
    Bot accounts tend to get ignored by all but other bot accounts.
