The World Go Agog and Gaga with US Soldiers’ “Telephone Remake” Video Clip
Have fun with the video and gif of the Telephone Remake made by US Soldiers embedded with this gig.
US soldiers in Afghanistan is sweeping the world with their own version or remake of Beyonce’s “Telephone" Video and impersonation of Lady Gaga. A group of U.S. soldiers posted in Afghanistan used some of their free time that comes once in a while to whip out this hilarious and comical video clips. The video clips could’ve been for relatives and friends but the video find its way to YouTube and now has more than 3,000,000 viewers and counting since it was posted last April 23, 2010. The people behind these videos are now getting too much attention and even press releases.

The video is teeming with well-choreographed dance movements that make the macho looking soldiers awkward and indeed very amusing. The dance movements were further made hilarious with improvised costumes and some acrobatics.
Now the soldiers who performed in the videos were being pursued by the press
and still refused to give answers to the journalists and reporter’s questions.
The director of the video, Aaron Melcher incorporate this following note in the
video that says, "This is a couple guys located in afghanistan, that
re-made the music video by Lady Gaga....Telephone. Prepare yourself for a
fantastical journey. Right now this is the temporary version, we have more
scenes to cut, and edit, however with guys always on mission it is harder to
film than you think."
Melcher posted the video on his Facebook and it was intended for his two
friends. Hehehe, the stars in the video so far are reluctant to the journalists.
The Telephone clip is so popular that is broken into parts in and made into an animated
gif.
This video clip seems to be timely since the financial crunch that hurt global
economies is still making its presence felt among the different people from all
four corners of the world.
