Good morning everyone, first of all I want to thank all of you who took part in last week's Performing Arts hubmob, you created a total of 30 hubs around the most varied forms of performing arts ranging from classical operas, signing and acting workshops to strip teasing!
A special mention to our two most prolific hubmobsters of the week, RedElf and Patty Inglish with 4 hubs each. Well done!
From performing arts we are shifting to beauty issues this week and we are going to discuss the sometimes controversial topic of cosmetic surgery. According to the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, plastic surgeons conducted a record 11.9 million procedures last year. But, do people who had plastic surgery feel better about themselves? Have you ever had a cosmetic surgery procedure or do you know anyone who had? Would you consider going under the knife to improve your looks? Do you think it is worth the risk to have a surgical procedure only to look better? Let us know your opinions and experience on this topic.
Some ideas for a hubmob hub on cosmetic surgery are:
What is plastic surgery?
Cosmetic surgery vs. reconstructive surgery
Advantages and disadvantages of cosmetic surgery
Most common cosmetic surgery procedures
How and where to find a certified plastic surgeon
The role of the media
New cosmetic surgery procedures
Cosmetic Surgery Tourism
History of Cosmetic Surgery
Spider Vein Treatments
Techniques & Procedures
To join this week's HubMob please follow the steps below:
1. YOU MUST START YOUR HUB CLICKING THIS LINK. Choose the Answer the Request green button. Choose the MAKE A HUB ABOUT IT option.
2. Choose a relevant title for your Hub to get a good ranking in the search engines, AVOID starting your title with "Weekly HubMob"
3. Include the HubMob RSS Feed in your hub: http://hubpages.com/request/20125/?new&rss
4. Add the HubMob graphic to your hub so that everyone who reads it will know that it is part of the official HubMob topic of the week.
5. After you publish your HubMob Hub, come back to the forum and post a link to your hub with a brief description of what you wrote about and why. Take advantage of the free publicity!
I'm so lucky, because I'm perfect as I am (HEHEHE) You sure think of the best subjects Princessa.
kindest regards Zsuzsy
LOL, thanks Zsuzsy. I hope you are joining the hubmob this week. What about a hub about the perfect reasons NOT to have plastic surgery?
And you're so humorous and entertaining as well, Z!
Looks like I might be sitting this one out. :-) Not a problem as I am swamped at the moment. I look forward to reading them though.

The hub has been updated: Cosmetic Plastic Surgery HubMob
Wow, Soni! You are going to town on this topic!
I usually post the new topic on Monday at around midday (GMT+1)
Thanks for your prompt reply. I read the challenge topic when it came out and dismissed it due to... I'm not sure why. Lack of interest on the topic? Then a topic came to me out of the blue. Maybe my brain works too slow to make most HM deadlines. Anyway, I don't think anyone has addressed bariatric surgery/complications yet?
No, I think no one has done that one this week. It sounds very interesting.
We are not too strict about the deadlines, you can always submit your hubmob hub even after I have posted the new topic. The only disadvantage in doing so is that you get less exposure than publishing during the week when "all the eyes" are on this forum thread.
Good to hear HP HM is flexible Princessa. I get it about the exposure. Unfortunately, the way the Crayne brain works, it likes to stew and savor things. I'd need a 2-4 week projection of topics to participate regularly!
I might be able to come up with another one before the end of the week. Wait for me
I am really surprised to see the overwhelming response I am getting to my hubs in HubMob Weekly. This is my first time in HubMob and I love this topic. Here is my contribution #7.
Cosmetic Surgery – An illustrated guide to treatment of burns
Give me some serious feedback.
Here is my second one for the week:
cosmetic surgery: the search for perfection
learn who are the people with world record surgery procedures.
Greetings & Salutations everyone. I finally got my hub published in a timely way. This is my third attempt at joining in the mob, but somehow, the last two times, I ended up writing for the previous week. I had some weird problem with viewing this new hub earlier, but it looks like it's okay now. I'm on it though this time, even though I would have liked to have submitted it earlier in the week. Oh well - better late than never. Here it is: http://hubpages.com/hub/Children-And-Co … ce-To-Kids
Yay me! Now if I could just figure out why my stats are disabled on the page:)
Screeching in at the last minute. My first ever HubMob hub.
http://hubpages.com/hub/Bariatric-Surge … ric-Bypass
Many would say the benefits of weight loss surgery are obvious. You look better, you feel better, you’re healthier, and you live longer. There are many common side effects of surgery, which clients obviously must decide for themselves if the potential benefits are worth the risks and inconveniences. There is an emerging trend however of a much more serious complication of unstable blood sugar.
Finally finished! Hope I get at least some publicity!
Thank you for reading my Hub!
A last one for this week. It is about getting FREE PLASTIC SURGERY: http://hubpages.com/hub/How-to-Get-Free-Plastic-Surgery
Anyone else before I post the new topic?
It looks that the most prolific HubMobster for the week are Sonni and Anath... Well done
How much time do we have before starting the new topic. I need 30 minutes.

WOW!!! Soni, that's amazing! Congrats on setting a new record.
Thanks a lot Shirley. I will write up more hubs on cosmetic surgery so that I create a good group of hubs pointing to this really nice keyword and then I will start looking at new hubmob weekly topics from next week plus my goal is to become a featured hubber in cosmetic surgery section of hubpages. Trying hard but I know I will achieve my goals as planned.
