It’s good that you are staying in the hospital for observation. SpO2 50 sounds like you had a pretty bad breathing problem. It is good that they could reverse it and good to know you do not have COVID. Wishing you a speedy recovery and good health, dear Brenda. Sending you my blessings!
I sent an email to Bredz and she replied back saying she is waiting for some more tests. Please friends let's pray for her. My request to everyone is to keep her in your prayers and good thoughts. She is a valuable member of our great community.
Brenda, yes the medical professionals knows they onions right away when they woke you up. Like as you said, you're getting better, is not it? They gave you some drugs or a jab to keep you going well. Whether that happen around mid-night or...it's for your wellness as you've seen. Get better, get well. Please keep us posted as you get dischared. Cheers!
I'm sorry to hear you not feeling well. Hope you get better soon Brenda. It's scary when having breathing trouble. I've suffered from asthma all my life and have been in and out of the hospital because of it many times. It's certainly no fun having breathing issues.
During monday afternoon I had the asthma spells where my breathing was shallow but I just kept using rescue inhaler. Then that night I coukd no longer breathe at all...nothing thru mouth or nose. It's an eerie feeling where everything moves in slow motion but is actually fast..
Brenda, I have just read about your trip to the hospital and your breathing issues. I am glad you have received great medical care so you were able to come home. Your friends here at HubPages are so supportive and lifting you up when you feel down. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Keep us informed of any changes. The specialists might give you a better understanding what is going on. My wife has had asthma and in the cold weather it acts up. It is so scary to be helpless for the people you love. Prayers and more love coming your way.
Dream on Thank you. I am told this is probably a bit more than asthma, but until next week I won't have any answers. I'll see my family doctor on Monday, but specialist appt is still not made. Thanks for the wishes...I appreciate everyone being so kind. I will hopefully get back to being more of myself soon.
Really happy, Brenda, to hear that you're home, and getting better. However, please, stay safe and healthy. Don't ever neglect the medical or health advice given to you by your doctors or professionals.
I know the pain you went through, Brenda. It's horrible when you can't take a fine, deep breath. I suffer every night because of breath shortness. My oxygen level is always 96 to 98. Doct said that I have anxiety. I hope you are doing well. Best wishes...
Years ago when I was little my brother got real sick and after they did all kinds of tests they had no reason why? Ever since he has been good this is forty-five years later. Some things we may never know. Our body is trying to tell us something? Keep getting better. Let the doctors do their thing. Try to eat healthy and exercise and get proper sleep. I am no doctor but that is what they always tell me. I only have time to do one of the three. I keep trying to fit the other two in.The bottom line we want you around for a long, long time. A world of blessings and it is not even Thanksgiving yet.
Hello beautiful souls,Brenda Arledge informed me this morning via email that she is in the hospital suffering from some cardiac problems. Her medical condition is quite serious. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers. Here's the link to Brenda's profile:...

After a bout with breast cancer and a mastectomy of the right breast on the 19th January 2004, they have now found cancer in my left breast, so that means another mastectomy. This time though, they can't do the tram flap reconstruction which I'd found such a painful ordeal the last time.So my...
