When you visit my place, Naga City, Bicol, Philippines. You can enjoy local festivals (as in Penafrancia in September) and the old churches erected by Spanish friars.
You can also visit the Naga City Science Centrum, co-funded by it's sister city, Loas Angeles, California, USA.
The three parks, Plaza Rizal (for a huge chess game and public TV viewing), Plaza Quezon (for recreational sports) and Plaza Quince Martires (for a night cap).
