Hello, Thank you to all the Christmas HubMobsters who contributed to our Christmas HubMob month.  You all did a fantastic work sharing your Christmas traditions, Christmas events, recipes and ideas for decorating.

This final few days of November and first days of December we are going to be writing about Health and fitness.  A topic that is always "hot" after all the holiday's excesses and top of the list in most New Year's resolutions.  Let's start to get ready to drive some fresh New Year traffic to our pages.

The Exercise and Fitness category page  will give you a few ideas about subtopics for this week.  The diet and weight Loss category page  is also a good source of inspiration for finding a suitable subtopic for this HubMob.

Above all, have fun writing and building your hubs; that's why we are here, to encourage each other to write about one topic and to enjoy the fact that we are a group of hubbers collaborating to help each other including the RSS feed in our hubs to increase our traffic and quality links.

To join this week's HubMob please follow the steps below:

    1.  START YOUR HUB CLICKING THIS LINK.  Choose the "Answer this Question" green button.  Choose the MAKE A HUB ABOUT IT option.

    2. Include the HubMob RSS Feed in your hub: http://hubpages.com/question/88529/hubm … ew&rss
For more information on how to add the RSS feed to your hub you can click here

    4. Add the HubMob graphic http://i665.photobucket.com/albums/vv19 … itness.jpg to your hub so that everyone who reads it will know that it is part of the official HubMob topic of the week

    5. After you publish your Hub, come back to the forum and post a link to your hub with a brief description of what you wrote about and why.

Here is my contribution.  I did a  hub on weight loss with herbs.  I am excited about using more natural ways to lose weight, and one of the things in particular gets my attention.  Here is the link

Nice subject choice. The beginning of December is probably actually a good time to start thinking about how you plan to lose the weight that you're yet to gain with the excess of christmas. (Certainly no one wants to read about weightloss OVER christmas!) Think/contemplate/plan now, enjoy a treat or two over christmas, then come January - the thinkings been done, no room for procrastination (clothes are tight) it is time for action !

I'm really intrigued by the weightloss through use of herbs, that Hub is next on my reading list !

Just a thought - but i find a bit of pre-christmas weightwatching isn't the worst idea in the world. It's just about balance I guess. But a week of being a bit careful (at some point in december, maybe prior to a christmas party), and the shedding of one or two pounds, allows for more mince pies and chocolates the following week! And if you do gain weight, you've lost a bit first, so it doesn't seem quite as drastic!  Anyone get that methodology ?

On that note. I'm off to Vegas next week. But, it's freezing, and I'm currently snowed in!  So, all I want to do is eat eat eat(chocolate) !
