This final few days of November and first days of December we are going to be writing about Health and fitness. Nice subject choice. The beginning of December is probably actually a good time to start thinking about how you plan to lose the weight that you're yet to gain with the excess of christmas. (Certainly no one wants to read about weightloss OVER christmas!) Think/contemplate/plan now, enjoy a treat or two over christmas, then come January - the thinkings been done, no room for procrastination (clothes are tight) it is time for action !
I'm really intrigued by the weightloss through use of herbs, that Hub is next on my reading list !
Just a thought - but i find a bit of pre-christmas weightwatching isn't the worst idea in the world. It's just about balance I guess. But a week of being a bit careful (at some point in december, maybe prior to a christmas party), and the shedding of one or two pounds, allows for more mince pies and chocolates the following week! And if you do gain weight, you've lost a bit first, so it doesn't seem quite as drastic! Anyone get that methodology ?
On that note. I'm off to Vegas next week. But, it's freezing, and I'm currently snowed in! So, all I want to do is eat eat eat(chocolate) !
