Hello, Thank you to all the Christmas HubMobsters who contributed to our Christmas HubMob month. You all did a fantastic work sharing your Christmas traditions, Christmas events, recipes and ideas for decorating.
This final few days of November and first days of December we are going to be writing about Health and fitness. A topic that is always "hot" after all the holiday's excesses and top of the list in most New Year's resolutions. Let's start to get ready to drive some fresh New Year traffic to our pages.
Above all, have fun writing and building your hubs; that's why we are here, to encourage each other to write about one topic and to enjoy the fact that we are a group of hubbers collaborating to help each other including the RSS feed in our hubs to increase our traffic and quality links.
To join this week's HubMob please follow the steps below:
1. START YOUR HUB CLICKING THIS LINK. Choose the "Answer this Question" green button. Choose the MAKE A HUB ABOUT IT option.
Nice subject choice. The beginning of December is probably actually a good time to start thinking about how you plan to lose the weight that you're yet to gain with the excess of christmas. (Certainly no one wants to read about weightloss OVER christmas!) Think/contemplate/plan now, enjoy a treat or two over christmas, then come January - the thinkings been done, no room for procrastination (clothes are tight) it is time for action !
I'm really intrigued by the weightloss through use of herbs, that Hub is next on my reading list !
Just a thought - but i find a bit of pre-christmas weightwatching isn't the worst idea in the world. It's just about balance I guess. But a week of being a bit careful (at some point in december, maybe prior to a christmas party), and the shedding of one or two pounds, allows for more mince pies and chocolates the following week! And if you do gain weight, you've lost a bit first, so it doesn't seem quite as drastic! Anyone get that methodology ?
On that note. I'm off to Vegas next week. But, it's freezing, and I'm currently snowed in! So, all I want to do is eat eat eat(chocolate) !
The classic dusky Indian beauty is most certainly almond-eyed, and the ver word 'badaam' conjures up visions of health. beauty , food and a lifestyle. But make no mistake, almonds are not a rich man's indulgence.
This is the first time I'm participating in hubmob weekly topic and here is the link to my hub Almonds are amazing! Do you know why? http://hubpages.com/t/1cc66a
This is going to be my first time posting in the weekly hub topic. As of yesterday I just lost 20lbs!! woot woot! I have more to go but I look forward to sharing my tips on how I got this far already. Be back in a day or so with my link.
Hi thismamaworksit ! Welcome to the HubMobsters. Looking forward to reading your hub. If you have any questions about getting started just post your questions here and one of the members will be glad to answer it. Take care!
I am new to the hub mob, it is the first time I felt the topic was something I can offer value to. Overeating is a huge road block to health and fitness so here are some tips that may help. http://hubpages.com/t/1d0370
Hi, you have the RSS feed and graphic, but you really need to start your hub from the answer the request link at the start of this forum -where the addition to the HubMob is done automatically- Sorry about that :-)
Anyway, don't give up. You know for next time. Hope to see you again joining the HubMob.
Can't get enough with the Christmas rush..but I have to remind myself and others to watch our diet and stay fit. Merry Christmas everyone, HP Staff, the Elites, HubNuggets, HubMobbers and the rest of us, hubbers! http://hubpages.com/t/1d0fd6
