I am running behind schedule.. I have been so busy today.. So with yesterday and todays backlog of a total 4 , I have finished only 8/100 on Day 3 where it should have been 12/100.
Here are my last 4 Hubs
http://hubpages.com/hub/What-Modern-Wom … -their-Men

I'm a little behind, too but I'm really happy with the stuff that I've published so far. Let's keep on going through the 30 days and see where we end up.
Hey Ryan!
You're on p.1 of Google with your peanut butter alternative, and your history of the high five hubs.
Very cool! Way to go!
Those hubs are not so long on word count, yet they're already crawled. Does the Google bot pay attention to how many links you've posted in your page, too?
I just want to get crawled and get better and make money.
Thank you.

So far today I've published two hubs. Twitter is down right now, but here's one of them. http://hubpages.com/hub/Elusive-Nature-of-Fun
I have more I've been working on today but need to rest my eyes for awhile. I hope to get 10 new ones up today.
Just hit 20 hubs for the hubchallenge along with several videos -- check out http://hubpages.com/hub/Diary-Of-A-Mad- … -Amaze-You to view the videos
I am in for the 30 hubs in 30 days hub challenge. I didn't have internet access for a few days, but I intend to make up for lost time. What an abundant opportunity on many levels.
Thank you for sharing your challenge with the hubpages community.
I think it's great too. That why I doing the video series "Diary of a Mad Hubber" I want to track the entire progress ... http://hubpages.com/hub/Diary-Of-A-Mad- … -Amaze-You
Interesting I bet you have seen Diary of a Mad Black Woman, I love Tyler Perry and own the entire collection. I wish you all of the best.
It finally happened. I had to add a Hubpages filter to my gmail. I had 18,000 emails that went into it. Holy Cow!
#17/100 .... 83 to go

How fun...and a good motivation! I am starting a few days late, but going for the 30 in 30 days! No idea what I'll be writing about- yikes! Good luck everyone!
I've read the same on a Portuguese blogger, a friend of mine. I have started doing it already! 2 days and already 7 hubs.... I will write about it!
Okay, I'm in...

I'm trying for the 30, maybe more, but do I have to include that image in them, or is that optional?
This is great! Now we have more knowledge here on hubpage! But if you're stuck and don't know what to write about, here's a list of my crazy ideas for you from A to Z.
Its call, Gimme a Topic

#2 http://hubpages.com/hub/Melbourne-Australia
Phew! This is going to be a loooooong challenge.
Whoo hoooo! My hubscore finally hit 100~I have the screen shot to prove it, just not sure how to share it :-)
I've worn my recovering broken arm out in the past 3 days with 13 hubs. My traffic seems to be increasing, too. Now if the pennies would just pile up!
I just did one "Ryan style" -- longer with lots of pics and a longtail title -- to see if it gets crawled faster.
I can say I know I can't do all 100 this way. This one took me too long.
Any comments would be welcome. It's a hub on best casinos (it's a travel hub, not endorsing gambling). And this is 6 of 100.
Once I see what works for getting crawls and clicks for keyword-targetted hubs, I'll start pumping my 100 out.

I am a new hubber and am going to try the 30 hubs in 30 days challenge. Looking forward to seeing what everyone is going to write about!
SUCCESS!
Ryan asked Tuesday if there were other Hub Challenge success stories.
Here's one for me. (Yea!)
Turns out I'm all thumbs with my screen capture freeware, but if you open these Google results for "essential guitar accessories", you'll find my new Hub Challenge hub listed on the first page of nearly 9 million results!
http://www.google.com/search?q=essentia … =firefox-a
I published the hub Wednesday morning and it took about 9 hours to get crawled. This is my fastest success so far with a hub. It turns out keyword research and SEO work!
Here's to the longtail title!
I wish you all success, too!!
Niiiiice, Reg! Thanks for sharing, dude.
Thank you, Ryan!
The real CHALLENGE here is finding the sweet spot -- the perfect storm of KW phrase, longtail, search traffic, and CPC.
I'm researching a lot and writing not so many hubs, but I'd rather do that than just pump out hubs without research.

Hey Ryan, I don't know if this is considered a success but I did a search in Google for, 100 hubs in 30 days challenge. Your forum comes up first but then my hub comes up second and my blog comes up third and fourth.

When people start writing Hubs on how to install software, and wall[papers,
I think we are almost into duplicity.
I don't want personally to read Hubs about stuff I can find myself all over the net. Often millions of pages on the one item.
So I stand by what I said crap is being churned out, whether it is grammatically perfect crap or not is of no consequence.
"No one is interested in most of these rushed Hubs.
I am bored............ except for my favs, they are still only turning out the ood stuff.
If I want to look up Wallpapers I have zillions of choices, I er don't need a link. I prefer to create my own original stuff, just as I presfer to read original Hubs.
mandybeau, I think you're on to something. I really want to write up pages that are a bit more unique - I think my next few will be on my favourite upcoming actors and overlooked old films... we'll see how that goes.
#3 (97 to go...) http://hubpages.com/hub/Melbourne-Bars
I have finished 10 Hubs out of 100 on the 4th Day of 30 days and need 6 more to keep up with my own set target.
Day 2 and 3 Self Assessment:
Only managed to write 2 more hubs:
#5 http://hubpages.com/hub/Do-Not-Answer-The-Phone
#6 http://hubpages.com/hub/Ending-The-American-Affair
vs. the 4 I wrote on day one. Partly due to two afternoons in a row of thunderstorms making power outages and cable connections ify or non-existent. Partly due to laziness.
Total time culumative time writing: 10 hours 49 minutes
Total culumative word count: 6,886
Random thoughts and observations:
Not so happy about so many email notifications in my inbox - overwhelming
Wondering if there is anything to the fact that normally when I publish a hub in the first 24-48 hours I get about 150-200 views by other hubbers -- now that is about half? Since to me, the initial burst of hubber readers is the foundation to launch hubs to a much broader internet audience -- this concerns me.
Wondering if so many of us are writing so many hubs that we've not lost some of our reading audience because they are too busy writing hubs? Or is it due to the time of the year when many are spending less time at the computer with the end of the school year and better weather?
Not concerned about hubscores as I don't normally use them as much of a measuring stick. That seems to have stayed static in fluctuation these three days.
Found one video on youtube that was disturbing in that the woman seemed to only grasp that hubpages was a potential "sales" tool which could lead to a lot of spammers?
Enjoying youtube Diary of Mad Hubber and look forward to seeing where that will go.
Wondering how many will quickly burn themselves out?
Thinking those who chose 30 in 30 might be saner.
Day 4 - Diary of a Mad Hubber is up on the site. Check it out -- http://hubpages.com/hub/Diary-Of-A-Mad- … -Amaze-You

The way I look at is that any decent writer can write a decent hub during this challenge if you have the time or the inclination. I'm just a bit tired of people poo pooing it saying it'll result in crap.
Of COURSE people write wonderful decent hubs everyday! That is not my point at all dear lady :}
It is the Quality - Not QUANTITY;which is my concern.
Melanie
And I am saying that people can write 30 or 100 quality hubs in this challenge.

Enjoy the laugh... There are more to come...
My 2 cents:
Not all 100 hubs (or 30 hubs) can be perfect and not every hubber is a great writer... You all are entitled to an opinion but at least make it constructive...
This is supposed to be a fun challenge....
I'm at 12 hubs in four days. I doubt that I will keep up this pace much longer but I will make 30 hubs for sure. I've already seen some excellent hubs from my fellow hubbers. Let's keep it going.
I've only done 8 so far, I plan to do a couple tonight...working around Grey's Anatomy and CSI
I'm not worried because we are heading into a long weekend and I plan to write all weekend...
#18 of 100 - http://hubpages.com/hub/The-Life-of-Faw … pot-so-far
I feel like I am behind. I have published 8 hubs sinces taking this challenge. I took the 30 in 30 days challenge, so I guess Ill just have to try harder.
I guess I'll never be very successful at this and fortunately I'm not depending on it. I'm not very good at researching to put in the right tag words and phrases. I write what I feel like writing and in the way I feel like writing it. I'm taking this challenge because I have things to write about and I think I can do it. It will be up to my fellow hubbers to tell me if the hubs are any good.
All we can do is the best we can do. If we fall short of the challenge we put our best foot forward. If you make the challenge and do not publish the best you can, that is still yours. I am taking the challenge to challenge myself in getting back into writing the way I used to and not to impress someone else. If I end up making a small paycheck, so be it, however, I hope to make a good name for myself again.
You don't have to be good at keyword searches or anything like that. Just write what you want to write and challenge your abilities. That's what I'm doing. I've never really paid much attention to top keywords and whatnot. Like you, I've taken the challenge to see what I can write. Depending on how soon I make my 30, I just may see if I can do 50, if not the 100 challenge.
Is this a hubpage challenge issued by hubpages or did some person come up with the idea?
If you go to the first post here you will see the details. Hup works for HubPages.

I haven't been actively writing on Hub Pages in a while and want to get back into this and this might get me motivated.I remember hearing about a 100 hub challenge some years ago and I know that I could not possibly write 100 hubs in a month. That is why I am attempting to do this in a...

I've scrounged HubPages for this challenge as I posted one Sunday, one yesterday, and am working on what today. With only 20 hubs in the years I have been on here, I think it would be a great challenge. Is anyone currently undertaking this? Do you have any other advice?
by Radhika Sreekanth 11 years ago
After the short break, I'm back here again trying a challenge planning to start from March 1st. I already have some hubs based on 'computer programming' with me as it is my forte. Rest all I plan to write during this challenge on some of my interesting topics. Is there anyone else to join me?

are we going to see any feedback? I recall something about HubPages reporting stats provided we tagged our hubs, which I duly did.And for those of us who sweated to achieve the magic 30 or even 100 in 30 days, apart from a bit of forum dialogue we've seen nothing... HubPages itself...

I'm just coming back after a several year hiatus, and one of the most exciting things that started when I was here was the HubChallenge. Originally, it was 30 hubs in 30 days. Now I see it's changed to either updating your hubs or 30 hubs in 60 days. I tried the original once, and I failed...
