The hub you're most proud of...

   In the same vein as Mark's "unloved hubs" thread, can everyone share the hub they've written that they are most proud of?  Then we can all pat each other on the backs and be proud together (and maybe Digg/Stumbleupon, etc if we find the hubs worthy, as well).
   
   The hub I'm working on right now will definitely be my favorite that I've written, so I'll post the link when I'm done (and hopefully after someone else has piped in, too).

   I know it is a fringe topic, to say the least, but the hub I like best is the one I did on the SS Great Eastern. I had fun doing the additional research I needed, and especially finding photos. And really, this ship was so far ahead of its time it took the rest of the world 50 years to catch up with it. The Great Eastern was one of those great achievements that just sunk back into the mists of time and is largely forgotten.

   I feel utterly embarrassed right now. That will teach me to post my puny hub first.  You pulled all the right things into one hub. some good details, a little action with the whole explosion thing, and some great links and pics. I was just trying to picture what it would be like to be sitting on your deathbed, knowing you might never even get to see the ship you built off on its maiden voyage. Its a wonderful hub!

   I remember that hub from a few months ago, Lissie.. it's excellent!  I forwarded it to my friend who's spending her summer there immediately after the first time I read it, and her Indian boyfriend verified that it's a great source of information.

   I am proud of http://hubpages.com/hub/Web-20-Marketin … Or-Fiction because of all the amazing positive feedback I have had from it.
   
   And I am proud of my first ever Hub, http://hubpages.com/hub/Business-Ideas-For-Kids, because it just keeps popping up on the first page of Google and bringing in visitors, even though when I look at it now I can see lots of ways it could be much better!
   
   Thumbs up for Lissie's Hub - that video of crossing the road in India is just hair-raising, but so accurate!

   In fact I've submitted it to the Christian science monitor to see if they'd accept it for publication. If it does get accepted then I'm going to have to take it down from hubpages unfortunately... so hurry up and look at it before its gone

    The hub I'm most proud of is my one about true love. (It's also my most successful.) What can I say I'm a hopeless romantic.
    Growing up watching my Grandparents who were devoted to each other changed me as a person. I could never 'settle' in relationships because they showed me how wonderful true love is and how it shapes your life. And I made a promise to myself that if I couldn't have what they had then I would rather be alone with my dog. Lol.
    It hasn't been an easy road. I've been married and divorced and alone with my dog many times but finally my stubborn refusal to settle for anything less than true love has paid off.
    
    Finally I have the relationship that they had. (Or the humble beginnings of it.)
    May it last as long.

    I am most proud of my Toddler Constipation hub, because it's helped people deal with a health problem. Once you've held a screaming, sweating, struggling child in your arms who is trying to go #2, well, this is some handy information is all I can say.

    It never ceases to amaze me how many good hubs we have here. This is my personal "Best hub" Not because it gets the most traffic or makes the most money, but it was a labor of love and when Jason saw it he offered to turn it into a flagship hub and pay me for a FH. It took hours and hours and hours to put together, but I don't think I will ever do a better one.

    I couldn't agree with you more, Mark. Lately I have been up really late because I am spending more time reading all these great hubs than I am actually writing lol. And I am all over the recipe hub as soon as I submit this!
    
    I am like many as far as having to choose one particular hub as a favorite but if I narrowed it down to just 1 it would be my latest because it was written during the time hubby and I were over the road in a big truck. I did a lot of writing when I was out there and had so much time to devote to it. I ventured new ground in writing and decided to try short stories. I wrote several and this was mine and hubby's favorite.

    I had already read most of the "favorite" hubs, and have to agree with Amy Jane and Peter's picks, definitely.  And College Politico's too!  Just took a look at Helena's, and wow. She's right, we do have some excellent writers here!
    
    I don't know about my favorite hub, maybe its my highest traffic hub:  Caucus vs. Primary.  I'll go read my list and see if anything else jumps out at me.

    I'm still quite new here, so chances are this will change in the future, but I just finished one (so new it's still advertising tattoos!) that I've been wanting to work on since I signed up, and I'm really pleased with how it turned out. It's a topic near and dear to my heart, and I'm also more pleased than usual with the aesthetics of it in terms of the mix of text, video, images, links, etc.

    Although it's only gotten about 500 hits since I published it last July (as compared to about 200,000 on The Truth About Wu-Yi Tea, which was published only a month before), I'm proud of my hub on Eating Disorder Not Otherwise Specified, because it's something few people know about, which affects so many people around the world, who might get help if they had the information available to them.

    Ok, I have to update on this LOL. Since I joined HP, I have created hubs that were pretty plain and simple just because I did not have a clue about all the capsules and such. Well, I now have a new favorite hub simply because I played with the capsules and learned how to put extras in! Woohoooo! It still isn't a commercial hub as I don't do those but it is a little different from any other hub I have done so far.     As usual, I am usually the last one to add comments to a thread.    I have a hub that is the most meaningful to me, not the one I am the most proud of,  and that is the one I wrote about my late nephew's visitation. It happened exactly how I described it, and even got to add the picture of the ghetto chick that I jabber about in the article.

    Well I just keep having to update! I posted my very first hub in which I learned to post the picture in the text areas throughout the hub. I just thought that was so awsome. But guess what? I just learned how to put a video in there, too! Woohoooo! I answered a request about the history of Double Dutch (jump rope) and I added a video to it and the dang thing actually worked! It was so easy I couldn't believe I had been afraid to try it! So now I am off to go play with the controls to see what other goodies I can find! LOL
