   Hello to ALL on My Followers List!
   Yesterday and today, I have spent some time trying to read and offer my sincere comments on what followers' hubs that I could. I am leaving you this in case I cannot reach all of you, my valued and appreciated followers. YOU are all very-talented and I cannot express my thanks in adequate words to you for following, commenting, and supporting me on HubPages. You are all gems in my eyes.
   Although I will continue to try and contact each of my followers, I must admit that my health is not good. And I have been finishing some projects that needed my attention in case my health should worsen.
   I apologize to ALL OF YOU for NOT being around more to read your amazing materials. I do ask for your forgiveness as well as your understanding.

            Dear Seeker, "thank you, dearest," for those kind words. I take my followers and their support SERIOUSLY. While some hubbers, might be tempted to just let things be, I thought I would at least try to contact all of my VALUED followers to let them all know how MUCH they all mean to me...this includes YOU.

         Dear Mary,
         I do NOT want ANY OF YOU, My Followers, to even think that I take YOU for granted. I dont. I will keep you all updated as I can. I have Accelerated Fibromyalgia, a disease that attacks the muscles, bones and nerves. And Neurothopy in my nerve-endings. Both are incurable. I get painshots, every 3 months in my spine at a pain clinic in Tupelo, Miss.,and the rest of the time, I take meds. I endure as best I can but in cold weather these 'beasts' get worse. And Mary, I do know that YOU appreciate my offerings as I enjoy your materials also. YOU mean a lot to me also. Remember that. Good night to you, Mary. God bless.

      Kenneth...I'm sorry to learn that you're experiencing health problems and hope you improve and get well soon. I do understand that not feeling well makes it difficult to do things that are easy when one's health is up to par, so don't feel you need to apologize. Just take good care of yourself. Your followers are sending positive thoughts and energy your way, so be open to them.          Hi, Jaye! Thank YOU so very MUCH for this sweet and caring message. I am taking spinal injections every three months at a place called The Long Town Pain Clinc, Tupelo, Miss., for the pain and spasms in my spine and using medications the rest of the time. I have Accelerated Fibromyalgia...an incurable disease that attacks the muscles, nerves, and yes, the mind as well. Also the Neurothopy in my feet and legs is similar to walking on beds of fireants. But to complain would displease God. It is not His fault. Life is not perfect. There are people worse than I. And I wish YOU, my dear, the Most Merry of Christmases YOU have ever had.          Hi, Barbara. Im not gone, just having to slow down to allow this Accelerated Fibromyalgia and Neurothopy have some attention. At cold weather time, these 'monsters' always act up and show out, but I appreciate YOUR comment. And I appreciate YOU following me, my friend. I wish I could send all of my followers a check for $1 million dollars. I would gladly do that just for the pure thrill of hearing you all gasp with surprise.

       Hello, PracticalMommy, I will do my best. Accelerated Fibromyalgia and Neurothopy are not easy to fight, but then again, in my day I have faced several 'bullies,' who either backed down or tore into me. But at least they, like these diseases, KNEW that I wasnt scared. And still not.

    I am a (very recent) follower, and I am sorry to hear you are not well Kenneth. I have enjoyed our recent 'chats', and do hope you manage to get some lasting relief from your pain. I have read that diet can have an impact on fibromyalgia, so it might be worth checking that out. (I was diagnosed with it once many years ago -though I’m not sure if the diagnosis was correct as it cleared up rapidly when I took supplements including magnesium.

    Kenneth...Now that I know you have fibromyalgia, I want to recommend a book to you. It's titled, LIVING WITH FIBROMYALGIA -- 4 STEPS TO MANAGE PAIN AND LEAD A FULFILLING LIFE, by Dean L. Mondell, M.D. and Patti Wright. It's a very helpful book and is available on amazon.com. You can get a used copy (paperback) for only one cent plus the $3.99 shipping cost. It's well worth it, and if you read it, I hope it helps you.

       Hi, RedElf...I will take care, Red. And I will send up prayers for your sister and daughter-in-law. This is an awful beast, but it only gets worse, tell them both IF YOU RUN FROM IT. Stand your ground. Be as tough as 10-penny  nails in a barn roof. That, with the grace of God, is how I face it. Merry Christmas also.

I will be as stubborn as a Spanish bull in this fight with Accelerated Fibromyalgia and Neurothapy....two diseases that attack the nervous system, muscles and joints. In short....24/7 P A I N! Yipeee! Just kidding. Might as well laugh. Both are incurable. I am taking meds and getting shots in my spine every three months. And what keeps me going besides God's mercy, is knowing that there are homeless people on OUR streets and children in St. Jude's with cancer whose attitudes are much-more humble than mine. I hope to learn something from this setback. And I am NOT leaving hubs. I will write, but not as much as a few months ago. In Winter time, these diseases get worse...and in summer, they still hurt, but allow me to draw easy breaths. Have a Merry Christmas LORD and be nice to a stranger. Kenneth

    There was this man that passed out due to suffocation and most likely intoxication and a guy and an old woman come over for help. The old woman says, " let's give him rum or Vodka to revive him.." The young guy says, "please lady don't you smell his breath"....The guy that was kind of waking up heard the lady her say, "give him Vodka and he will wake up fine." The intoxicated man sits down and finally exclaims, "Would you just listen to the old woman...damnit!"

       Dear Arlene...thank you so much, DEAR FRIEND, and so have I with your creative hubs. And please know that Im NOT LEAVING HUBS, just cutting back SOME in the winter months due to the Accelerated Fibromyalgia and Neurothapy kicking up really bad in my spine, feet, back, neck and all in my body.              Dear Friend, Mary, thank you for the concern. Today I am very tired and weak. Had to go for my check-up with my doctor in Tupelo, Miss., on December 12, and the trip alone makes my body stiff when I get back. I hurt like an abcess tooth. But Ive not been that active  today. I will have my three-month pain shots in February. Thanks, Mary. And I DO KNOW that you think of me. That goes a long way. YOU take care of yourself and have lots of fun during the day. Enjoy life. I will see you soon with more hubs...and will be sooner than you think. KENNETH

       Hello, Randy, thank YOU so much for the kind. Caring. Remarks. Appreciate YOU for that. The temp's where I live have been in the 20's and 30's day/night....and this is awful for Fibromyalgia and Neurothopy...like eating fire 24/7, body shakes, would love to scream as loud as I can...that kind of pain, but thank God, the weather today has warmed up...some. That is hope. Ive been keeping warm and not moving much. I cant wait until springtime. Again, Randy...thank you, good friend. IOU big time.

       LOL, back at ya, J.S.! Thank you very much for the heartfelt wish. Im hanging tough--holding to God's hand, using medications, seeing my pain specialist for my 3 month regular appointment Feb. 9, for spine shots...but there ARE people WORSE off than me. That keeps me focused. And somewhat sane. HEY, I LOVE ALL OF MY FOLLOWERS...YOU INCLUDED..NO, NO ACCIDENTS. IVE TOLD SOME OF MY FRIENDS ON HUBS THAT "I HAVE THE BEST LIST OF FOLLOWERS ANYWHERE ON HUBPAGES," and that is the Gospel Truth. Happy New Year to you, J.S. and thanks for liking my hubs. That cheers me up.

          Its funny because you and I seem to comment here and there on each other's Hubs at random, but it seems when I am not in the best of moods you always seem to show up in my feed! Like today, before I found this I ran across your Hub " Waiting Room Games..." and got a kick out of it. I wasn't really having a bad day but it still made me feel better. And then I came across this forum. Again, I don't believe in coincidences or accidents per se, but I think when we all hold onto God's hand, we meet in his palm. I had no idea that you were suffering from this and I hope that you can be comfortable. Good luck with the pricks (the shots in your spine) and make sure to play the waiting room games while you wait. I wish you the best New Year and it is humble of you to recognize that there are always people worse off than us. You are a Hero!

       thank you so much, leah, may I call you leah? It is. Awful for this stuff. I cant afford to allow myself to complain too much when there is as much homeless, hungry, sick people right here in our country...that burdens me so much why our own government will ship billions from us and NOT spend a dime on our own people. Sorry. I get carried away.

    I feel so bad for you Keith as my Mum suffers with Fibromyalgia and I know how awful it is (I did a hub on it actually). Have you tried Pernaton Gel? Many Fibromyalgia sufferers swear by it, as do people awaiting joint replacements etc. It is made with New Zealand Green Lipped Mussels and is a very warming and effective. The company are also very ethical and don't commit to large chain stores, preferring to support smaller retailers. My Mum was delighted with the gel I bought for her. They offer a small free sample if you contact the company directly. I think this is the link if you want to try it out.

       Hi, Misty, and Thank YOU for the great advice. I already take spinal injections every three months, and take several painkillers, anti-depressants, etc., thoughout the week. Ive noticed that when cold weather arrives, the Fibro and Neurothopy gets worse, but in warm weather, it hurts, but to a degree that I can walk better and cope with the pain.
