After all this reading and you work up an appetite try out some homemade potato gnocchi recipes or avocado and rice salad.  Finish it off with a chocolate souffle or a pineapple upside down cake.  I am a Vegan  but I understand some aren't so I offer Vegetarian dishes...any animal products you can do without for meal just saves that many more animals so try out these recipes and enjoy.
