Eat to Live the Right Diet for Me

I went to a nutritionist for health issues, but the eating plan had the bonus of weight loss. Simply eat a healthy breakfast (like fruit and some raw nuts, or a hot cereal.) Drink 8 glasses of water a day. You'll see the pounds drop and feel better too.
