Find a good book to read, a comfortable lounge chair on the beach; watch the day and the waves. We all have things we love to do and people we love to do them with. However, we can only do the things we love if we stay healthy. I have done extensive research over the years on the things that keep us healthy and I will do my best to share those tips with you. A hub page holds a wealth of information on health and travel. I am delighted to share in learning more as I go along the way and to share what I learn with others.

If there is a subject you find of interest and would like to see a hub on that issue, please feel free to leave a comment and I will do my best to accommodate. Although there is an abundance of information out there at times, we may still overlook or misunderstand. Through the participation in community, we find clarification. No one person has all the answers. Through consultation and cooperation, answers can be found.

A love for travel belongs to many. Armchair traveling is the next best thing to being there, a kind of preparation for future visiting. Travel holds more interest when you have history to explain what you are seeing it enlightens the mind. Laugh, it is terribly relaxing, which helps the body.

The web has allowed the world to touch hands. I find when I travel, if I have read with vigor, if I have followed a fellow Webbers footsteps, when I arrive at my destination I have already been there and my appreciation is all the more. The world has grown much smaller with the Web and hopefully sharing information will make the world better, stronger and wiser.

Mark Twain said it best: "Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness."

There are so many lovely thoughts said but this, I thought especially beautiful by the beautiful AUDREY HEPBURN and I wanted to share it with all who read my profile, and hope they will share it with others.

"For attractive lips, speak words of kindness. For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people. For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry. For beautiful hair, let a child run his/her fingers through it once a day. For poise, walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone. People, even more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed, and redeemed; never throw out anyone. Remember, if you ever need a helping hand, you will find one at the end of each of your arms. As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands, one for helping yourself, and the other for helping others.

Thank you for reading.
